Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which applies only to the original booking. If you cancel, a new deposit is required to reschedule.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for all no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This fee must be paid before you can rebook.
There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply.
